Springsteen's Steakhouse is situated on Wexford's Quayfront, near the Wexford Bridge. Whilst its town centre location (see map) makes it very easy to find, the professional service and quality food makes it very easy to stay.

Springsteen's opened it's doors in January 2006 with the aim of creating a casual dining experience with a top class menu, quality and service. However, in July 2009 Springsteen’s was taken over by Head Chef Nigel Corbett and Manager Fiona Murphy. Nigel and Fiona have worked together for many years and with Nigel in the kitchen and Fiona front of house you really get the feeling of a business where every detail is looked after and your every wish catered for.

Springsteen's is so authentic you could very easily believe it had been zapped directly from the States. There is a genuine friendly buzz creating an atmosphere that is relaxed yet professional.

The decor is an inspiring fusion of old world charm and classic Americana with a contemporary edge.

The a la Carte menu, which ranges from traditional American cuisine to a wonderful selection of European style dishes is available Tues – Thurs 4 - 9.30pm, Fri – Sat 4 - 10.00pm and Sun 2.00 – 9pm. The á la carte menu features Springsteen’s famous house cut prime Irish steak.

Seating for 150 people includes the mezzanine area. This wonderful ambient spot seats up to 50 guests and is a perfect setting for any occasion from family get togethers to after work functions. Menus can be tailor made to suit your specific requirements. Pitchers of beer and fun-to-share combos are highly popular as are the extensive cocktail list and wine menu.

As one of Wexford's most popular eateries, it is highly recommended that you book in advance to secure a table.
